Jack-of-all-Trades consultant, philosopher, and blowhard extraordinaire, French Secular High Priest to the 5th Republic Jacques Attali blubbers some easy fluff about the current financial market turbulence and states that it is all the fault of US banks and their scandalous lending practices.
