While in Paris, if you happen to pass a tall blond jogger listening to a walkman, chances are it's me if he's chanting:
(Silence)

Dedadeda, deda- dedication…

(Silence)

Motamota, motamotivation…

(Silence)

Me an' Superman had a fight…

(Silence)

I hit 'im in the head with some kryptonite…

(Silence)

I hit 'im so hard that I busted his brain…

(Silence)

An' now I'm datin' Lois Lane…

No, I said Paris, not Parris Island; Of course, I try to avoid wide-eyed stares by not bellowing the cadence like the grunts repeating the mantra of the drill instructor (i.e., the "silence" parts) on the various Military Recordings CDs (it's more like a murmur in my case), but still — Ooops, hold on, it's our, I mean my, turn now —
Left, rightahleftrightohleftrightohle-hefff-ft…
Anyway, as somebody who finds jogging a rather boring activity, I highly recommend the Run to Cadence series for anyone — even die-hard anti-military pacifists who needs to get into — hold on —
(Silence)

Mama an' papa were layin' in bed…

(Silence)

Mama rolled over, and this is what she said…

(silence)

Gimme some!!

(beat)

Gimme some!!

(beat)

Oh yeah!

(beat)

Oh yeah!

(beat)

Ooohhh Rahhhh!

(beat)

Ooohhh Rahhhh!

(Why is that old lady looking at me so strangely?!)
